Warranty Information
All Pipet-Aids are exclusively warranted by Drummond Scientific for one year from date of purchase. To activate a product warranty, please complete the warranty form on this page.
Please note that all fields – including the serial number – must be completed to receive a valid warranty.
As a registered user you will receive an extended warranty and information on product updates and product releases. The extended warranty includes an additional six months for a full 18-month warranty.
Privacy Policy: Personal information such as email addresses, postal address, and telephone number will never be sold or rented to third parties.
Attention Harbor Freight Customers
Drummond Scientific Company does not manufacture, nor provide technical support for any devices sold in Harbor Freight stores with the name “DRUMMOND.”
Drummond Scientific will not be able to assist you with any issues you are experiencing with these devices. Please contact your local Harbor Freight store for assistance with any products sold by Harbor Freight.
